Latest research into human interaction with technology

Angela Sasse, University College London

In her presentation, Angela Sasse will summarise recent research in usable security, and in particular focus on research to improve the usabilty of authentication mechanisms - knowledge-based authentication, tokens and biometrics.  She will explain why most of the mechanisms researchers have prosed cannot work in practice, and why companies must track the impact of security measures on individual and organisational productivity.
