Staff Recruitment and Management Panel
Organisations need to ensure that the trust that they extend to their staff is not misplaced. The process to achieve this spans the entire employment lifecycle, from pre-employment vetting and new-joiner awareness, in-post staff training and education through to safe off-boarding. The panel will consider some key issues relating to effective staff motivation to meet the security policies. We will also consider the question in relation to contractors and contingent workers where traditionally the processes for many organisations have been separate from those for its employees.
