Verifile was founded by Eyal Ben-Cohen whilst completing his MBA at Cranfield University back in May 2004. He won two prestigious awards for his initial business plan and within 5 years Verifile has become one of the leading players in the pre-employment screening market serving over 500 clients, most of them blue chip employers.

Recently Eyal Launched WorkPass, an innovative reference management system which is offered free of charge to employers wishing to streamline their process for providing employment and income references on their current and past employees.

Eyal graduated from The College of Management in Tel-Aviv, Israel with a Bachelor in Business and soon after started working for internet companies including setting up his own internet startup in 1998. Later he joined Netvision, the largest Internet Service Provider in Israel and for five years drove their Business Services Division forward as Markets Development Director.  Eyal has over ten years experience driving internet businesses forward and today he uses his skills to develop Verifile and to ensure it delivers high value services to its customers.
